At Classysight, we understand that receiving your items in a timely manner is important. Since most of our products are made-to-order (Print-on-Demand), we ensure each item is crafted with care before it reaches your doorstep.

2. Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your package arrives safely:
• Carriers: USPS, DHL, FedEx, UPS
• Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can monitor your package's progress directly on our website at classysight.com.
3. Taxes and Customs Duties
• For US Orders: Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your state's regulations.
• For International Orders: Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be applied by your local customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Incorrect Address & Modifications
• Modification Window: You have 4 hours after placing your order to request changes to your shipping address or item specifications.
• Incorrect Address: Classysight is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, a reshipment fee of $7.00 may apply.
5. Delivery Restrictions
• We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses for large items (e.g., Canvas, Metal Signs).
• Delivery to remote areas or during peak seasons (Holidays) may experience slight delays.
